Dr. Amelia Nagoski, DMA, is the co-author, with her sister Dr. Emily Nagoski, PhD, of the New York Times bestselling Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle. In this first webinar of the 2023 Summer Wellness Series, Amelia will explore the concept of burnout deeply with attendees, as well as offer takeaways for our academic community. She will also address gender, race, “dis/ability”, and socioeconomic privileges and oppressions and their impact on well-being along with their role as a barrier to accessing care.
