The Competition Bureau has provided five articles to celebrate Canadian Innovation Week 2023.
Today, the last day of Innovation Week, the Competition Bureau would like to provide all innovators with an overview of the educational tools and resources available to help you understand the law and our role as an enforcer and advocate for competition.
We’ve just launched a new Compliance Portal, which holds information on how to build a credible and effective compliance program.
Ultimately, a good compliance programme helps businesses stay on the right side of the law. It can also help innovators understand the law and know what options are available if they are the victims of potentially anti-competitive conduct.
We’ve also published a series of compliance bootcamps that are designed to give short, high-level information in plain language to businesses of any size about the law.
We’re active on social media and we regularly post about topics that are highly relevant for innovators and entrepreneurs.
With more proactive compliance in the market, we can create a better environment in which innovators can thrive. Together, let’s innovate for good!
