Our community resource center provides a range of social supports and services that enable the empowerment of residents, community resilience, and the inclusion of all. Our vision is for a safe, dignified, and fulfilling life for all Rideau-Rockcliffe residents.
Incubator13 is a Social Innovation and Skills Development Lab located in the city of Ottawa; we are focused on fostering civic and inclusive innovation among youth and community members.
