Seedle

Seedle (Seedle.ca) is a nonprofit platform registered with the Government of Canada that
helps students find verified mental health and wellbeing resources near them. It
automatically shows trusted supports within 25 km of a student’s school, making it easy to
access both on- and off-campus help.

Seedle includes counselling, crisis and distress support, sexual violence services, substance
use supports, sexual health resources, LGBTQ2SIA+ services, Indigenous and
cross-cultural supports, accessibility and disability resources, academic supports, food
insecurity services, housing shelters, physical activity programs, and faith and spiritual
support.

Seedle is completely free, requires no login, and does not collect personal data. Resources
are verified and updated regularly.
